All Your Stuff — Terms of Use

1. About All Your Stuff

All Your Stuff is a personal organisation application designed to help you record and manage information about your belongings, services, providers, costs and other related information.

The App is an organisational tool. Information stored in or presented by the App should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, insurance or other specialist advice.

You remain responsible for checking important information, dates, policies, contracts, renewals and other obligations with the relevant provider or organisation.

2. Your Data

All Your Stuff is designed to store your information locally on your device.

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App and for maintaining appropriate backups where backup or export functionality is provided.

You should not rely on All Your Stuff as the sole permanent record of information that you are legally or contractually required to retain.

Our handling of personal information is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscription

Access to All Your Stuff requires an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.

Subscription options may include monthly and annual billing periods.

The price, billing period and other purchase information applicable to you will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and may change over time.

Payment is charged by Apple to the Apple Account used to make the purchase.

4. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

We may make free trials or other introductory offers available to eligible customers.

The duration, price and terms of an available offer will be displayed before you subscribe. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined through Apple’s App Store systems.

Unless you cancel before the end of an applicable free trial or introductory period, your subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription at the price disclosed for the subscription, subject to any subsequent price changes made in accordance with Apple’s applicable processes and rules.

5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews for successive billing periods unless you cancel it or it otherwise ends.

App Store subscription billing, renewal and cancellation are administered by Apple.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription-management facilities provided by Apple.

Cancellation normally prevents the subscription from renewing for another billing period. Subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies, subscription access will ordinarily continue until the end of a period for which you have already paid.

Nothing in these Terms affects any cancellation or other rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

6. Subscription Changes and Prices

We may change the subscription options or prices offered for All Your Stuff as the service develops.

Where the price of an existing subscription changes, Apple’s applicable processes for notification and, where required, customer consent will apply.

Where Apple permits it, an existing subscription price may be preserved for existing subscribers.

If we introduce different subscription levels or products, the applicable features, price and billing period will be presented before purchase.

7. Purchases, Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple. Logically Wild does not directly process those subscription payments.

Billing and refund requests relating to App Store purchases are handled in accordance with Apple’s applicable processes and policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or otherwise affects any statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

8. Subscription Expiry

If your subscription expires, is cancelled and reaches the end of its applicable access period, or otherwise ceases to provide an entitlement to All Your Stuff, access to the App may be restricted until an active subscription entitlement is available.

Nothing in this section affects rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

9. Availability and Changes to All Your Stuff

We may maintain, update and improve All Your Stuff over time.

We do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption or error. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical, security or other operational reasons.

We may make reasonable changes to the App, including changes made to develop or improve the service or to meet technical, security, legal, regulatory or App Store requirements.

Nothing in this section permits us to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse All Your Stuff or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

You must not use the App unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter into the App is information you are entitled to possess and use.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in All Your Stuff and its original software, design, branding and content belong to Logically Wild Ltd or its licensors, except where otherwise stated.

Your right to use the App is subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple licensing terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by law, Logically Wild is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on information you have entered into the App where that information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

You remain responsible for independently verifying information where financial, contractual, insurance, legal or other important consequences depend upon it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to All Your Stuff or changes in legal, regulatory, security, technical or App Store requirements.

The current version will be published on the Logically Wild website together with its latest revision date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting existing subscribers or their legal rights.

14. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under mandatory laws that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
